DocuAgent Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of DocuAgent (the “Service”), available at docuagent.angelezequiel.dev. By using the Service you accept these Terms.
1. Purpose of the service
DocuAgent is a conversational assistant that answers questions about documentation based on a provided knowledge base. It is a demonstration and portfolio project.
2. Informational nature: no accuracy warranty
Answers are generated by a language model and may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. The Service does not constitute legal, financial, medical or professional advice of any kind. Always verify the information against the cited source and with the responsible areas before making decisions. Use of the answers is at your own risk.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to breach, probe or bypass the security mechanisms.
- Perform prompt injection or attempt to extract configuration, credentials or the system prompt.
- Send automated volumes of requests or evade usage limits.
- Submit unlawful or offensive content, or third-party personal data without grounds.
- Use the Service for purposes other than consulting the documentation.
We reserve the right to limit or suspend access in case of misuse.
4. Administration accounts
Administrative access is protected with a password and a second factor (TOTP). The administrator is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for the documentation they upload to the Service.
5. Intellectual property
The code, brand and design of the Service belong to Angel Ezequiel Barbosa Lomeli. Uploaded documents and their content are the property of whoever contributes them. The sample content (“Corporativo Nébula”) is fictitious.
6. Availability
The Service is offered “as is” and “as available”, with no uptime guarantee. It may be suspended or modified at any time without prior notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angel Ezequiel Barbosa Lomeli shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, or from decisions made based on its answers.
8. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Notice.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the state of Jalisco, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction.
